Scope of Project:

This project consisted of the design and construction of the Apollo Bridge, a 5 span prestressed concrete I-beam bridge over the Kiskiminetas River in the town of Apollo. Work also included the design and construction of a major intersection, installation of 48” diameter caissons for the bridge replacement, and demolition of the existing bridge including bridge piers and abutments, 3 former industrial buildings, and the excavation and disposal of contaminated soils.
