Scope of Project:
This project consisted of the design and construction of the Monroe Rd. Bridge, a single span concrete box beam bridge over Buffalo Creek in the town of Saver, PA. It was an emergency project that had a fast track design which included only a 6 month timeframe from start to finish of the entire project. This timeframe included both the design and construction portions of the work. There was difficult excavation in the area of the abutments and coordination with a local rails-to-trails pedestrian path in close proximity to the project. |
