Brayman was subcontracted to provide specialty construction services in support of the U.S. General Services Administration Central Office Building Modernization project located in Washington, D.C.
The structure was originally constructed in 1917 and updated in 1935. Brayman’s scope of work for phase one included installation of 49ea caissons, ranging from 30” to 102” diameters, to depths averaging 75’.
In addition, our team participated with incorporating the principles of sustainability into this project to ensure LEED Gold Certification will be achieved.
