This month’s challenge was the 12 Days of Fitness. It was a fun mix of daily exercises from December 1st – December 12th. The goal was to complete each “exercise of the day” along with any activities from the previous days. By Day 12, participants were doing 12 squats, 11 crunches, 10 mountain climbers, 9 joggers, 8 bicycles, 7 plank jacks, 6 Superman’s, 5 alternating forward lunges, 4 burpees, 3 squat jumps, 2 push-ups, and one 30-second plank, culminating in a total of 78 moves! All participants who completed their workout sheet were entered into a raffle for a gym bag full of equipment that could be used to stay in shape at home or on the road this holiday season!
