Grove City College Carnegie Alumni Center

Brayman was subcontracted to provide specialty construction services in support of the Alumni Hall Addition and Renovation project at Grove City College located 65 miles north of Pittsburgh, PA.

Work included the installation of 41ea, 16” diameter augercast concrete pile foundations (1,025lf); excavating of each pile to earth auger refusal or bearing strata; and removal of encountered obstructions.

The adaptive reuse of the Carnegie Alumni Center on Grove City College’s lower campus features a 6,200 sf addition and renovation to the existing 12,600 sf building.
