Brayman was contracted to provide specialty geotechnical services to Heartland Homes, Inc. for this residential land development project located 15 miles south of Pittsburgh at the Hiddenbrook Development Plan in Peters Township, PA.
Brayman was subcontracted to provide specialty construction services in support of a Headworks Facility and Primary Clarifier project located in Hamarville, PA.
Brayman was subcontracted to provide specialty construction services in support of the Alumni Hall Addition and Renovation project at Grove City College located 65 miles north of Pittsburgh, PA.
Brayman was subcontracted to provide specialty geotechnical services in support of the construction of a new 30,000sf food storage building located in East Wheeling, WV.
Brayman Construction was subcontracted to provide specialty geotechnical services in support of the construction of a new four story, 60,000-sf hospital located on 2.6 acres in South Fayette Township, PA.
Brayman’s scope of work required installation of a secant pile excavation support system comprised of 152-each, 48-inch diameter interconnecting secant piles (12,309-LF) with depths up to 91-feet, as well as installation of 150-each, 18-inch diameter augercast piles for structure foundation support.
